Our Farm

Welcome to Alef Acres! Our family has been practicing Regenerative Agriculture since 2014 after JT spent a couple of years researching best practices from those like Joel Salatin and Greg Judy. We started with 27 Florida Cracker sheep and 60 Black Java chickens. Over the years, we have moved properties multiple times (and across the country), raising hundreds of sheep, processing food for our family, and helping others start their flocks. From hurricanes in Florida to ice storms in Oklahoma, no matter the conditions, we strive to model our farm after the Father's intended creation, utilizing both Regenerative Agriculture and Permaculture practices.
